Additional Waterpark Information

We have both individual and family changing facilities and our lockers take a £1 coin (refundable). If you want to dip into the Waterpark as soon as you arrive, remember you'll need to pack towels and swimwear separately.

Cariba Creek Waterpark is baby and toddler-friendly. We have baby changing facilities along with baby seats and there is a dedicated baby feeding room. You can also buy disposable swim nappies from the Cariba Creek pool shop.

For Health and Safety purposes, all buoyancy aids used in the Waterpark must conform to BSEN 13138 : Part1; a limited supply of free buoyancy aids are available from the water park reception.

Term-time
10am until 6pm Sunday to Thursday
10am until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays

During school holidays
10am until 8pm

To keep everyone safe, we have strict restrictions on the supervision of our younger guests:

0-4 years: 1 adult to 1 child
5-9 years: 1 adult to 2 children
Kids under 10 must be accompanied into the water by a responsible adult (16+)

Minimum height restrictions of 1.1m apply on all slides and flumes except those in the Little Leak area.
